1. Die Basellandschaftliche Pensionskasse (BLPK) führt die berufliche Vorsorge für die Mitarbeitenden des Kantons nach den Bestimmungen des Bundesgesetzes über die berufliche Alters-, Hinterlassenen- und Invalidenvorsorge (BVG), des Gesetzes über die berufliche Vorsorge durch die Basellandschaftliche Pensionskasse (Pensionskassengesetz) vom 16. Mai 2013, dieses Dekrets und den vom Verwaltungsrat erlassenen Reglementen durch.
