Art. 11 IVöB · Verfahrensgrundsätze

1. Bei der Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge beachtet der Auftraggeber folgende Verfahrensgrundsätze

a. Er führt Vergabeverfahren transparent, objektiv und unparteiisch durch;

b. er trifft Massnahmen gegen Interessenkonflikte, unzulässige Wettbewerbsabreden und Korruption;

c. er achtet in allen Phasen des Verfahrens auf die Gleichbehandlung der Anbieter;

d. er verzichtet auf Abgebotsrunden;

e. er wahrt den vertraulichen Charakter der Angaben der Anbieter.
