1. Das Amt für Veterinärwesen hat im Rahmen von tierschutzrechtlichen Strafverfahren sämtliche Rechte einer Partei gemäss der Schweizerischen Strafprozessordnung vom 5. Oktober 2007 (Strafprozessordnung, StPO). Ausgeschlossen ist die Anfechtung eines Entscheids hinsichtlich der ausgesprochenen Sanktion.
2. Das Amt für Veterinärwesen kann jederzeit schriftlich oder mündlich zu Protokoll erklären, er verzichte auf die ihm zustehenden Parteirechte. Der Verzicht ist endgültig.
