1. Verfügungen der zuständigen Stelle der Gesundheits-, Sozial- und Integrationsdirektion oder der von ihr beauftragten Trägerschaften nach Artikel 10 Absatz 1 können mit Beschwerde bei der Gesundheits-, Sozial- und Integrationsdirektion angefochten werden.
2. Das Verfahren richtet sich nach dem VRPG.
