Art. 38 Gesetz über die Sozialhilfe im Asyl- und Flüchtlingsbereich (SAFG)

1. Personen mit rechtskräftigem Wegweisungsentscheid, denen eine Ausreisefrist angesetzt worden und bei denen die Frist gemäss Absatz 2 abgelaufen ist, müssen Kollektivunterkünfte oder individuelle Unterkünfte verlassen.

2. Die für die Unterbringung zuständige Stelle setzt ihnen dazu eine angemessene Frist.

3. Der Regierungsrat regelt die Einzelheiten durch Verordnung.

4. Beschwerden gegen Verfügungen gemäss Absatz 2 haben keine aufschiebende Wirkung.
