Art. 11c Verordnung über die öffentliche Sozialhilfe (Sozialhilfeverordnung, SHV) · 3 Härtefall
1. Ein Härtefall im Sinne von Artikel 43 Absatz 3 SHG liegt namentlich dann vor, wenn die Rückerstattung
a die Erreichung der gemäss Artikel 27 Absatz 1 SHG vereinbarten Ziele verhindert,
b die Integration gefährdet,
c aufgrund der gesamten Umstände unbillig erscheint oder
d unter Berücksichtigung der finanziellen und persönlichen Situation unverhältnismässig erscheint.
