Art. 47 Gesetz betreffend die Einführung der Bundesgesetze über die Kranken-, die Unfall- und die Militärversicherung (EG KUMV) · Kosten

1. Für das Vermittlungs- und das Klageverfahren werden Kosten erhoben.

2. Die klagende Partei hat einen angemessenen Kostenvorschuss zu leisten. Bezahlt sie den verlangten Betrag nicht fristgemäss und lässt sie auch eine kurze Nachfrist unbenutzt verstreichen, wird auf ihre Begehren nicht eingetreten.

3. Die Kosten richten sich nach dem Dekret vom 24. März 2010 betreffend die Verfahrenskosten und die Verwaltungsgebühren der Gerichtsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft (Verfahrenskostendekret, VKD).
