Art. 39 Abfallverordnung (AbfV) · Übertragung von Rechtsetzungskompetenzen an die BVD

1. Die BVD kann durch Verordnung die zum Vollzug notwendigen Vorschriften erlassen über

a) die Entsorgung von Bauabfällen,

b) die kantonale Betriebsbewilligung,

c) die belasteten Standorte.
