Art. 37 Abfallverordnung (AbfV) · Herstellung des rechtmässigen Zustandes
1. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung des rechtmässigen Zustandes richtet sich nach dem VRPG. Insbesondere ist die Bestimmung über die vorsorglichen Massnahmen (Art. 27 VRPG) anwendbar.
2. Bei Bauten, Anlagen und Vorkehren, die unter die Bestimmungen der Baugesetzgebung fallen, richtet sich das Verfahren nach Artikel 46 BauG.
