Art. 36 Abfallverordnung (AbfV) · Pflichten Dritter

1. Jedermann ist verpflichtet,

a. den Behörden die für den Vollzug erforderlichen Auskünfte zu erteilen,

b. die für den Vollzug notwendigen Abklärungen durchzuführen oder zu dulden,

c. den Behörden jederzeit den freien Zutritt zu allen Abfallanlagen und zu den anderen Anlagen zu gewähren, soweit dies für die Abfallbewirtschaftung notwendig ist.
