1. Diese Verordnung regelt die Zuständigkeit und das Verfahren für die Bewilligung von Photovoltaik-Grossanlagen nach Artikel 71a Absatz 3 EnG.
2. Vom Geltungsbereich ausgeschlossen sind Anschlussleitungen und Anlagenteile, die einer Genehmigung des Bundes bedürfen.
