1. Das zuständige Gemeinwesen kann Ausnahmen von den gesetzlichen Strassenabständen bewilligen, wenn besondere Verhältnisse, insbesondere des Ortsbildes, es rechtfertigen und wenn dadurch weder öffentliche Interessen noch wesentliche nachbarliche Interessen beeinträchtigt werden.
2. Für Kleinbauten gilt Artikel 28 BauG sinngemäss.
