Art. 51 Dekret über das Baubewilligungsverfahren (Baubewilligungsdekret, BewD) · Grundsatz
1. Die Verfahrenskosten (amtliche Kosten) bestehen aus den Gebühren und den Auslagen, welche die Gemeinde für ihre Tätigkeit im Baubewilligungsverfahren und für ihre baupolizeilichen Verrichtungen erheben kann.
2. Auslagen sind namentlich Reiseentschädigungen, Zeugengelder, Kosten für technische Untersuchungen, Expertenhonorare, Post-, Telefon- und Telegrafengebühren, Insertionskosten, nicht aber Kosten für Verrichtungen nach Artikel 33a Absatz 2 des Baugesetzes[26].
3. Die Gemeinde erlässt einen Gebührentarif.
