1. Kommt die Baubewilligungsbehörde zum Schluss, dass das Bauvorhaben nicht bewilligt werden kann, teilt sie dies den Gesuchstellenden mit und gibt ihnen unter Ansetzung einer Frist Gelegenheit zur Stellungnahme.
2. Halten die Gesuchstellenden am eingereichten Gesuch fest, weist die Baubewilligungsbehörde das Gesuch ohne Bekanntmachung ab, sofern sie ihre Beurteilung nicht geändert hat.
