1. Die Leitbehörde fällt den Gesamtentscheid.
2. Im Dispositiv wird festgehalten,
a welche Verfügungen der Gesamtentscheid umfasst,
b welche weiteren Verfügungen vorliegen,
c welche weiteren Verfügungen noch beizubringen sind.
3. Der Gesamtentscheid wird den Parteien zusammen mit den weiteren Verfügungen (Abs. 2 Bst. b) eröffnet.
4. Die Leitbehörde bringt den Gesamtentscheid auch den beteiligten Behörden und Fachstellen zur Kenntnis.
