1. Rechtskräftig verfügte Massnahmen, die der Pflichtige innerhalb der angesetzten Frist nicht oder nicht vorschriftsgemäss ausführt, lässt die Baupolizeibehörde auf seine Kosten durch Dritte vornehmen.
2. Zur Sicherung von Forderung und Verzugszins besteht zu Gunsten der Gemeinde ein gesetzliches Grundpfandrecht im Sinne von Artikel 109a Buchstabe e EG ZGB.
