1. Die Baubewilligungsbehörde kann die Erstellung kleiner und leicht entfernbarer Bauten und Anlagen in Abweichung von Bauvorschriften, namentlich auch von Baulinien, auf Zusehen hin bewilligen, wenn
a) der Bauherr ein genügendes Interesse nachweist;
b) weder öffentliche noch nachbarliche Interessen beeinträchtigt werden;
c)* bei Bauten an Gewässern oder Wald die dafür zuständige Behörde zugestimmt hat.
2. Die Bewilligung kann jederzeit entschädigungslos widerrufen werden.
3. Für die ausnahmsweise Bewilligung von Kleinbauten ausserhalb der Bauzone gelten die Artikel 81-84a. Die Forstgesetzgebung bleibt vorbehalten.
