Art. 26 Baugesetz (BauG) · Im allgemeinen 1 Grundsätze
Ausnahmen von einzelnen Bauvorschriften können gewährt werden, wenn besondere Verhältnisse es rechtfertigen und keine öffentlichen Interessen beeinträchtigt werden.
Ausnahmen dürfen überdies keine wesentlichen nachbarlichen Interessen verletzen, es sei denn, die Beeinträchtigung könne durch Entschädigung vollwertig ausgeglichen werden (Lastenausgleich gemäss Art. 30 f.).
Für Ausnahmen von den Nutzungsvorschriften, die ausserhalb der Bauzone gelten, sind die Artikel 81-84a massgebend.
