Art. 12 Gesetz über das kantonale Strafrecht (KStrG) · Nachtruhestörung, unanständiges Benehmen

1. Mit Busse bis zu 1000 Franken wird bestraft, wer

a) andere zur Nachtruhezeit durch übermässigen Lärm stört,

b) sich öffentlich ein unanständiges Benehmen zuschulden kommen lässt.
