Art. 45 Notariatsgesetz (NG) · Tatbestand
1. Verletzt die Notarin oder der Notar vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig Berufspflichten oder verstösst sie oder er gegen die Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes und seiner Ausführungserlasse oder das Gebot der unabhängigen und einwandfreien Berufsausübung, wird sie oder er unabhängig von der vermögens- und strafrechtlichen Verantwortlichkeit disziplinarisch sanktioniert.
2. In leichten Fällen kann von einer Disziplinarmassnahme abgesehen werden, wenn anzunehmen ist, dass die Notarin oder der Notar den Beruf künftig einwandfrei ausüben wird.
