Art. 4 Notariatsgesetz (NG) · Organisatorische Unvereinbarkeit
1. Unvereinbar mit der Ausübung des Notariatsberufs ist eine andere berufliche Tätigkeit, deren Erfüllung die Arbeitszeit der Notarin oder des Notars überwiegend beansprucht. Die Aufsichtsbehörde kann Ausnahmen bewilligen, wenn dadurch die Unabhängigkeit der Berufsausübung und das Ansehen des Notariats nicht gefährdet werden.
