Art. 34 Notariatsgesetz (NG)

1. Die Notarin oder der Notar darf nur Willenserklärungen und Tatsachen beurkunden, die sie oder er selbst vorschriftsgemäss wahrgenommen hat.

2. Die Urkunde ist wahrheitsgetreu und klar abzufassen.
