Art. 11 Notariatsgesetz (NG) · Löschung und Suspendierung

1. Die Notarin oder der Notar wird im Notariatsregister gelöscht, wenn

a) sie oder er die Löschung beantragt,

b) sie oder er verstorben ist,

c) eine der Voraussetzungen für die Eintragung nicht mehr erfüllt ist,

d) die Löschung als Disziplinarmassnahme verfügt worden ist.

2. Die Suspendierung wird im Notariatsregister vermerkt.
