Art. 1 Notariatsgesetz (NG) · Geltungsbereich

1. Dieses Gesetz gilt für die im Notariatsregister des Kantons Bern eingetragenen Notarinnen und Notare.

2. Andere Personen unterstehen dem Gesetz nur, soweit es ausdrücklich vorgesehen ist.
