1. In Rechtsmittelverfahren (Art. 308 bis 334 ZPO), soweit sie von der bisherigen Anwältin oder vom bisherigen Anwalt geführt werden, beträgt das Honorar bis zu 50 Prozent des Honorars gemäss Artikel 5; in Beschwerdeverfahren (Art. 319 bis 327 ZPO) mit geringem Aufwand bis zu 20 Prozent des Honorars.
