1. Ist der Streitwert bestimmbar, wird das Honorar in erstinstanzlichen Verfahren wie folgt bemessen
unter 8 000 Franken: 100 - 3 000 Franken Honorar
von 8 000 bis 20 000 Franken: 1 500 - 7 900 Franken Honorar
über 20 000 bis 50 000 Franken: 3 200 - 15 700 Franken Honorar
über 50 000 bis 100 000 Franken: 3 900 - 23 700 Franken Honorar
über 100 000 bis 300 000 Franken: 7 900 - 35 400 Franken Honorar
über 300 000 bis 600 000 Franken: 11 800 - 49 200 Franken Honorar
über 600 000 bis 1 Million Franken: 19 700 - 59 000 Franken Honorar
über 1 Million bis 2 Millionen Franken: 38 500 - 78 700 Franken Honorar
über 2 Millionen Franken: bis zu 3,8% Honorar.
2. Kann der Streitwert zahlenmässig nicht bestimmt werden, beträgt das Honorar 400 bis 11 800 Franken. Sind bedeutende vermögensrechtliche Interessen zu wahren, wird auf dem Honorar ein Zuschlag von bis zu 200 Prozent gewährt.
3. In summarischen Verfahren (Art. 248 ff. ZPO) beträgt das Honorar 30 bis 60 Prozent des Honorars gemäss den Absätzen 1 und 2.
