Art. 7 Dekret betreffend die Verfahrenskosten und die Verwaltungsgebühren der Gerichtsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft (Verfahrenskostendekret, VKD) · 3. Reduktion und Verzicht

1. Wird ein Verfahren gegenstandslos oder durch Vergleich, Rückzug, Abstand oder Nichteintreten erledigt, so kann die Mindestgebühr unterschritten werden.

2. In Geschäften mit besonders geringem Aufwand kann die Gebühr bis auf die Hälfte der Mindestgebühr herabgesetzt werden.

3. Soweit es das übergeordnete Recht zulässt, kann bei besonderen Umständen auf die Erhebung der Gebühr ganz verzichtet werden.
