Gebühren in öffentlich-rechtlichen Angelegenheiten - Verfahren vor dem Verwaltungsgericht
Art. 51 Dekret betreffend die Verfahrenskosten und die Verwaltungsgebühren der Gerichtsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft (Verfahrenskostendekret, VKD)
1. Die Gebühren für die Beurteilung von Streitigkeiten durch das Verwaltungsgericht betragen
a) bei Beschwerden: 300 bis 7'000 Taxpunkte
b) bei Klagen und Appellationen: 300 bis 25'000 Taxpunkte.
c) bei Zwischenverfügungen und instanzabschliessenden Entscheiden über Gesuche: 300 bis 2'500 Taxpunkte.
d) bei einzelrichterlicher Streiterledigung: 200 bis 2'500 Taxpunkte.
e) auf dem Gebiet des Sozialversicherungsrechts: 200 bis 2'500 Taxpunkte.
