Art. 46 Dekret betreffend die Verfahrenskosten und die Verwaltungsgebühren der Gerichtsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft (Verfahrenskostendekret, VKD)
1. Für Entscheide über Beschwerden nach den Artikeln 319 ff. ZPO werden erhoben: 300 bis 7'500 Taxpunkte.
2. Für Entscheide über Beschwerden in Angelegenheiten des Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzes sowie auf Beschwerdeverfahren, in denen das Obergericht in Anwendung des VRPG entscheidet, findet der Tarif von Artikel 51 sinngemäss Anwendung.
