Gebühren in Zivilsachen - Berufungsverfahren
Art. 44 Dekret betreffend die Verfahrenskosten und die Verwaltungsgebühren der Gerichtsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft (Verfahrenskostendekret, VKD) · Vermögensrechtliche Streitigkeiten
1. Für vermögensrechtliche Streitigkeiten beträgt die Gebühr im Berufungsverfahren bei einem Streitwert von
a 10'000 bis 30'000 Franken: 900 bis 7'500 Taxpunkte
b 30'000 bis 100'000 Franken: 1'500 bis 20'000 Taxpunkte
c 100'000 bis 500'000 Franken: 6'000 bis 40'000 Taxpunkte
d 500'000 bis eine Million Franken: 8'000 bis 60'000 Taxpunkte
e eine Million bis zwei Millionen Franken: 12'000 bis 120'000 Taxpunkte
f zwei Millionen Franken und mehr: 0,5 bis 7 Prozent des Streitwerts
g bei einem nicht schätzbaren Streitwert: 1'000 bis 40'000 Taxpunkte
2. In miet- und in arbeitsrechtlichen Streitigkeiten kann die Mindestgebühr unterschritten werden, wenn der Streitwert nach Artikel 92 Absatz 2 ZPO ermittelt wurde.
