Art. 28 Dekret betreffend die Verfahrenskosten und die Verwaltungsgebühren der Gerichtsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft (Verfahrenskostendekret, VKD)
1. Für Entscheide über Beschwerden nach den Artikeln 393 ff. StPO werden erhoben: 300 bis 3'000 Taxpunkte.
2. Auf Beschwerdeverfahren, die sich nach den Bestimmungen des Gesetzes vom 23. Mai 1989 über die Verwaltungsrechtspflege (VRPG) richten, findet der Tarif von Artikel 51 sinngemäss Anwendung.
