Art. 25 Dekret betreffend die Verfahrenskosten und die Verwaltungsgebühren der Gerichtsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft (Verfahrenskostendekret, VKD) · Entscheide über Revisionsgesuche
1. Für Entscheide über Revisionsgesuche werden erhoben
a) wenn das Gesuch einen Entscheid der Staatsanwaltschaft oder des Einzelgerichts betrifft: 100 bis 1'000 Taxpunkte
b) wenn das Gesuch einen Entscheid des Kollegialgerichts betrifft: 100 bis 3'000 Taxpunkte
c) wenn das Gesuch einen Entscheid des Wirtschaftsstrafgerichts betrifft: 600 bis 6'000 Taxpunkte
