1. Für Entscheide im Berufungsverfahren werden erhoben
a wenn als Vorinstanz das Einzelgericht entschieden hat: 100 bis 5'000 Taxpunkte
b wenn als Vorinstanz das Kollegialgericht entschieden hat: 200 bis 20'000 Taxpunkte
c wenn als Vorinstanz das Wirtschaftsstrafgericht entschieden hat: 200 bis 30'000 Taxpunkte
