Art. 10 Dekret betreffend die Verfahrenskosten und die Verwaltungsgebühren der Gerichtsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft (Verfahrenskostendekret, VKD) · Erlass und Stundung
1. Die auferlegten Verfahrenskosten können von der jeweils zuständigen Gerichtsbehörde oder Staatsanwaltschaft ganz oder teilweise erlassen oder gestundet werden, sofern
a die Bezahlung für die Pflichtigen eine unzumutbare Härte darstellt oder
b die Uneinbringlichkeit feststeht oder anzunehmen ist.
2. Der Rechtsschutz gegen Entscheide über ein Erlass- oder Stundungsgesuch richtet sich nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der in der Sache anwendbaren Prozessordnung.
