Art. 1 Dekret betreffend die Verfahrenskosten und die Verwaltungsgebühren der Gerichtsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft (Verfahrenskostendekret, VKD) · Grundsatz

1. Die Gerichtsbehörden und die Staatsanwaltschaft erheben für ihre Tätigkeit und die damit verbundenen Kanzleiarbeiten die in diesem Dekret festgesetzten Verfahrenskosten und Verwaltungsgebühren, sofern weder das kantonale Recht noch das Bundesrecht noch interkantonale oder internationale Verträge etwas anderes vorsehen.
