1. Die Geschäftsreglemente der Behörden, die unter der Aufsicht des Obergerichts, des Verwaltungsgerichts oder der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft stehen, bedürfen der Genehmigung durch das jeweils zuständige Aufsichtsorgan.
