Art. 10 Verfassung des Kantons Bern (KV) · Rechtsgleichheit

1. Die Rechtsgleichheit ist gewährleistet. Diskriminierungen, insbesondere aufgrund von Rasse, Hautfarbe, Geschlecht, Sprache, Herkunft, Lebensform sowie politischer oder religiöser Überzeugung sind in keinem Fall zulässig.

2. Mann und Frau sind gleichberechtigt. Sie haben ein Recht auf gleichen Zugang zu öffentlichen Bildungseinrichtungen und Ämtern, auf gleiche Ausbildung sowie auf gleichen Lohn für gleichwertige Arbeit.

3. Kanton und Gemeinden fördern die tatsächliche Gleichstellung von Mann und Frau.
