Art. 13 Feuerschutzverordnung · Kontrolle

1. Das kantonale Feuerschutzamt kontrolliert die Blitzschutzanlagen periodisch.

2. Die Kontrollperiode beträgt

a) fünf Jahre bei Anlagen, die der Blitzschutzpflicht unterstehen,

b) zehn Jahre bei freiwillig erstellten Anlagen.
