Art. 30 Sozialhilfegesetz, SHG · Verpflichtung zur Zusammenarbeit

1. Um die Eingliederung der hilfsbedürftigen Personen und ihre finanzielle Unabhängigkeit zu fördern, arbeiten die Sozialhilfeorgane der Gemeinden mit anderen dafür zuständigen Stellen zusammen. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Organe der Arbeitslosenversicherung, der Ausgleichskasse und Invalidenversicherung sowie der Berufsbildung. Die zuständigen Stellen stimmen ihre Angebote an Eingliederungsmassnahmen aufeinander ab und nutzen gegenseitige Synergien.
