Art. 25 Sozialhilfegesetz, SHG · Sicherstellung

1. Verfügt die hilfsbedürftige Person über Grundeigentum oder andere Vermögenswerte, deren Realisierung nicht möglich oder nicht zumutbar ist, kann die Person verpflichtet werden, die bezogenen Leistungen ganz oder teilweise zurückzuerstatten, wenn diese Vermögenswerte realisierbar sind oder realisiert werden und eine Rückerstattung zumutbar ist.

2. Die Behörde kann zur Sicherstellung die Eintragung eines Pfandrechtes im Grundbuch verlangen oder andere geeignete Massnahmen zur Sicherstellung veranlassen.
