1. Kantonale Behörde im Sinne des Arbeitsgesetzes ist das kantonale Arbeitsinspektorat. Ihm obliegen unter der Aufsicht des Departements Bau und Volkswirtschaft alle Aufgaben, die nicht ausdrücklich einer andern Stelle zugewiesen sind.
2. Zur Mitwirkung beim Vollzug können weitere Instanzen des Kantons und der Gemeinden, z.B. Organe der Bau-, Feuer- und Gesundheitspolizei, herangezogen werden.
