1. Beitragsgesuche sind vor Beginn der Realisierung der beitragsberechtigten Massnahme beim Amt für Umwelt einzureichen. Auf später eingereichte Gesuche wird nicht eingetreten.
2. Dem Gesuch sind alle für die Beurteilung erforderlichen Unterlagen beizulegen, namentlich ein detaillierter Projektbeschrieb mit Kostenvoranschlag bzw. Budget und Finanzierungsplan. Das Amt für Umwelt kann die erforderlichen Gesuchsunterlagen im Einzelfall festlegen und anfordern.
