Art. 5 Umwelt- und Gewässerschutzverordnung; UGsV · Information, Beratung und Umweltbildung
1. Beiträge können an folgende Massnahmen geleistet werden
a) Informations- und Beratungskampagnen über den Umwelt- und Gewässerschutz;
b) Aufbau und Durchführung von Weiterbildungsangeboten im Bereich des Umwelt- und Gewässerschutzes.
2. Ist eine öffentliche Körperschaft Beitragsempfängerin, werden nur die ihr erwachsenden Fremdkosten angerechnet.
