1. Der Gesundheitsrat besorgt die Geschäfte, die ihm durch die Gesetzgebung oder durch Beschluss des Regierungsrates oder des Departements Gesundheit und Soziales zugewiesen werden.
2. Er wird vom Departement Gesundheit und Soziales einberufen, so oft dies notwendig ist.
3. Er tagt jährlich mindestens einmal.
