Art. 59 VRPG
1. Soweit besondere Bestimmungen fehlen, sind für die Verwaltungsgerichtsbeschwerde und die verwaltungsgerichtliche Klage die Vorschriften über den Rekurs (Art. 30-41) sowie die Artikel 1-26, 28 und 29 sinngemäss anwendbar.
2. Der elektronische Geschäftsverkehr richtet sich nach den Bestimmungen der Schweizerischen Zivilprozessordnung.
