Art. 5 VRPG · b) Ende der Frist

1. Ist der letzte Tag der Frist ein Samstag, Sonntag oder staatlich anerkannter Feiertag, so endigt sie am nächstfolgenden Werktag.

2. Eine Frist läuft am letzten Tag um 24 Uhr ab. Sie gilt als eingehalten, wenn bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt die betreffende Handlung vorgenommen oder schriftliche Eingaben der schweizerischen Post oder einer schweizerischen diplomatischen oder konsularischen Vertretung übergeben worden sind.

3. Gelangt die Partei rechtzeitig an eine unzuständige Behörde im Kanton oder an eine unzuständige eidgenössische Behörde, gilt die Frist als gewahrt.
