Art. 28 VRPG · Berichtigung und Erläuterung

1. Die Berichtigung von Schreib- oder Rechnungsfehlern kann jederzeit erfolgen. Sie ist den Parteien sofort mitzuteilen.

2. Ist der Rechtsspruch einer Verfügung oder eines Entscheides unklar oder enthält er Widersprüche, so wird er von der Behörde, die ihn gefällt hat, von Amtes wegen oder auf Gesuch einer Partei erläutert.
