Vu la loi du 29 mai 1959 modifiant certaines dispositions de la législation de l'enseignement, notamment l'article 12bis, § 2;

Vu l'arrêté du Gouvernement flamand du 9 février 2001 relatif aux titres, au régime de prestations et au statut pécuniaire des membres du personnel des centres d'éducation des adultes;

Vu le protocole n° 414 du 13 juillet 2001 portant les conclusions des négociations menées en réunion commune du Comité sectoriel X et de la sous-section " Communauté flamande " de la section 2 du Comité des services publics provinciaux et locaux;
