L'annexe de l'arrêté royal du 18 mars 1993 portant statut pécuniaire du personnel de l'Institut belge des services postaux et des télécommunications, modifié par les arrêtés royaux des 14 juillet 1994, 27 mars 1995, 4 mai 1998, 13 septembre 1998, 14 novembre 2001 et 4 décembre 2001, est remplacée

- à partir du 1er janvier 2002 par l'annexe A jointe au présent arrêté;

- à partir du 1er juin 2002 par l'annexe B jointe au présent arrêté.

Vu la loi du 16 mars 1954 relative au contrôle de certains organismes d'intérêt public, notamment l'article 11, § 1, modifié par la loi du 22 juillet 1993;

Vu la loi du 21 mars 1991 portant réforme de certaines entreprises publiques économiques, notamment les articles 71 et 73;

Nous avons arrêté et arrêtons

Dans l'article 21, § 2, du même arrêté, le montant de 993,36 EUR est remplacé par le montant de 1 003,30 EUR.

§ 1. Dans l'article 22 du même arrêté, le montant de 476,70 EUR est remplacé par le montant 481,47 EUR à partir du 1er janvier 2002.

§ 2. Dans l'article 22 du même arrêté, le montant de 706,33 EUR est remplacé par le montant 713,40 EUR à partir du 1er juin 2002.

Le présent arrêté produit ses effets le 1er janvier 2002.

Notre Ministre du Budget et Notre Ministre des Télécommunications et des Entreprises et Participations publiques sont, chacun en ce qui le concerne, chargés de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
