L'annexe 1 de l'arrêté royal du 10 avril 1995 portant le statut pécuniaire du personnel adjoint à la recherche et du personnel de gestion des établissements scientifiques de l'Etat est remplacée
1° du 1er janvier 1994 au 31 mai 1997 par l'annexe A jointe au présent arrêté;
2° à partir du 1er juin 1997 par l'annexe B jointe au présent arrêté;
3° à partir du 1er janvier 2002 par l'annexe C jointe au présent arrêté;
4° à partir du 1er juin 2002 par l'annexe D jointe au présent arrêté;
5° à partir du 1er octobre 2002 par l'annexe E jointe au présent arrêté.

A tous, présents et à venir, Salut.
Vu les articles 37 et 107, alinéa 2, de la Constitution;
Vu les Règlements (CE) n° 1103/97 du Conseil du 17 juin 1997 fixant certaines dispositions relatives à l'introduction de l'euro et n° 974/98 du Conseil du 3 mai 1998 concernant l'introduction de l'euro;
Vu l'arrêté royal du 20 avril 1965 relatif au statut organique des établissements scientifiques de l'Etat, notamment l'article 5, alinéa 3;
Vu l'arrêté royal du 10 avril 1995 portant statut pécuniaire du personnel adjoint à la recherche et du personnel de gestion des établissements scientifiques de l'Etat modifié en dernier lieu par l'arrêté royal du 11 avril 1999 portant diverses modifications à la réglementation relative au personnel adjoint à la recherche et au personnel de gestion des établissements scientifiques de l'Etat;
Vu l'avis de la Commission interministérielle de la Politique scientifique fédérale;
Vu l'avis de l'Inspecteur des Finances, donné le 12 juillet 2001;
Vu l'accord de Notre Ministre du Budget, donné le 27 novembre 2001;

Vu les lois sur le Conseil d'Etat, coordonnées le 12 janvier 1973, notamment l'article 3, § 1, remplacé par la loi du 4 juillet 1989 et modifié par la loi du 4 août 1996;
Vu l'urgence;
Considérant que l'arrêté royal du 30 avril 1999 portant statut pécuniaire du personnel adjoint à la recherche et du personnel de gestion des établissements scientifiques de l'Etat entre en vigueur à la même date que l'arrêté royal fixant le cadre organique de chaque établissement scientifique de l'Etat;
Considérant qu'au 1er janvier 2002 les établissements scientifiques de l'Etat ne disposent pas encore tous d'un arrêté royal fixant leur cadre organique;
Considérant dès lors que l'arrêté royal du 10 avril 1995 portant statut pécuniaire du personnel adjoint à la recherche et du personnel de gestion des établissements scientifiques de l'Etat modifié en dernier lieu par l'arrêté royal du 11 avril 1999 portant diverses modifications à la réglementation relative au personnel adjoint à la recherche et au personnel de gestion des établissements scientifiques de l'Etat leur est, dans ce cas, dans l'intervalle, toujours d'application;
Considérant dès lors que par mesure de prudence, il y a lieu de prévoir la conversion en euro des échelles de traitement y expr(BR)imées en franc;
Considérant que la réforme des carrières de la fonction publique administrative fédérale des niveaux 4 à 2+ inclut un des aspects de l'accord intersectoriel 2001-2002;
Considérant qu'une des mesures prévues entre en vigueur dès le 1er janvier 2002;
Considérant qu'il s'impose dès lors de permettre aux services chargés de liquider les traitements de disposer au plus vite des nouvelles échelles de traitement adaptées,

Le présent arrêté produit ses effets le 1er janvier 2002.
